Chapter Recruitment
Panhellenic Recruitment will begin in September 2015.
KKG follows The National Panhellenic Conference recruitment procedure along with the other two national sororities on campus. This includes four nights of activities allowing for those interested in Greek life to come out and meet the chapters. The sorority also holds smaller recruitment events during the winter term for those individuals who may have not decided to complete fall recruitment.
Nationally, Kappa Kappa Gamma requires a potential member to have attained at least a "B+" from high school or a “B-“ for the previously completed term as a full-time college student.
Upon completion of recruitment events, individuals can receive a bid, or invitation, to join the sorority. One can either accept or decline this invitation. If the bid is accepted she will then complete an 8-week “new member” program, which will focus on gaining a better understanding of the values of Kappa Kappa Gamma and Zeta Pi chapter. Zeta Pi has a no hazing policy that is strictly enforced.
For any additional questions about the national sorority, Zeta Pi, or any of the procedures regarding recruitment please contact the chapter by visiting the "Contact Us" tab of this website.
